Is this a takeaway dinner?
No, it's home-cooked Vietnamese street food, but without the hassle. We've prepared the time-consuming stuff, like marinating meat and preparing spring rolls. All you have to do is follow our simple instructions.

OK, so it's what we call a "middagskasse” (supper bag) in Swedish?
Basically, yes – but the big difference is that you can place your order on the same day, and with no obligation to order more than one supper at a time. Also, our suppers take very little time to put together. To put it simply, it's a semi-prepared "middagskasse” for people who want to try something new – or who just love great Vietnamese street food!

How far in advance do I need to order?
You can pick up your PanicSupper an hour after your order is placed (or later, if that works better for you).

I have food allergies / I don't eat meat.
You'll find information on what each dish contains under "Our food”.
For vegetarian/vegans, we recommend our favourite organic tofu.

How long does it take to put together a dinner?
About 20-60 minutes, depending on your choice of topping. Our meat is pre-marinated but needs a little extra time in the oven. Tofu is a great choice if you're in a hurry – not to mention our fantastic Phö soup, which only takes 15 minutes to cook.

Do I need a lot of fancy equipment and ingredients?
We supply all of the ingredients. All you need are basic kitchen items: a stove, an oven, a knife, a chopping board, a pot and perhaps a frying pan. And, of course, someone to enjoy your street food together with!

I'm a lousy cook
No worries! As long as you can boil water, chop vegetables and warm a frying pan, you're all set. Even our Crispy Crêpes are as easy to fry as regular Swedish pancakes.

Deep-frying spring rolls sounds hard.
It's not rocket science, we promise! Our customers are usually happily surprised by how easy it is. Still doubtful? Don't worry – we'll send you instructions that will have you deep-frying like a boss in no time.
