  1. Cook your meat/spring rolls/tofu – you’ll find easy instructions on the packet.
  2. Cook the vermicelli noodles.
  3. Rinse the vegetables and fresh herbs. Cut the cucumber into thin sticks and grate the carrots.
  4. Once everything is ready, fill each bowl with a scoop of noodles. Then arrange the rest of the toppings on top, in this order: 
    sliced meat/spring rolls/salmon/tofu
    vegetables, herbs and bean sprouts
    - pickles and peanuts
    - Don’t Panic Sauce

Vietnamese Crispy Crepes

Fabulous crispy crêpes with prawns, pork and bean sprouts. Wrap it in lettuce, dip it and enjoy … finger food at its best!

Meat & Shrimps

Fried Tofu

  1. Chop the spring onions, add them to the batter and mix.
  2. Cut the meat/tofu into small pieces. If you have at home, season shrimps and meat/fried tofu with a little salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the frying pan to medium/hot, and add a little oil.
  4. Put shrimps and a few pieces of meat/few pieces of tofu in the pan. 
    Fry for a few minutes until cooked.
  5. Pour a thin layer of batter over the shrimps and meat/tofu, making sure it covers the entire pan. Wait 1 minute.
  6. Add the bean sprouts on one half. Fry with the lid on for about 1 minute.
  7. Fold in half and fry for another minute with the lid on.
    Once you’ve fried up all your crêpes, it’s time to dig in! Wrap each one in lettuce leaves together with cucumber and herbs, and then dip it in the sauce. 
    Don’t be afraid to eat with your hands – it’s more authentic, and lots more fun. 
    Just remember to wash your hands. Enjoy!

Smak: Smakrik med en bra fruktattack och fin fräschör. I eftersmaken känner man mineraliteten och aromatiken komma smygande.

Vietnamese Pho

Our fastest supper! This hearty, spicy rice noodle soup is packed with flavour. We put all our love into the broth – all you need to do is add the last details. Once you’ve tried a traditional Vietnamese Pho, you’ll be hooked!

  1. Cook the pho noodles according to the instructions.
  2. Add star anise and 3 dl water per portion to the broth and bring to a boil. Boil in 5 minutes at medium heat, with lid on.
  3. Add the meat. Boil another 5 minutes. 
  4. During the time, rinse and chop the coriander, Thai basil and spring onions.
  5. Once the noodles are ready, drain them – but save the hot water!
  6. Put the bean sprouts in a sieve and pour the hot water over them.
  7. Fill each bowl in this order:
    -
     Noodles
    Meat
    Spring onions
    Black pepper
    Soup broth
    Coriander, Thai basil and bean sprouts
  8. Season with lime, hoisin sauce, fish sauce and sriracha according to taste. Enjoy!

  1. Prepare the meat/fried spring rolls/tofu according to the instructions.
  2. Cook the noodles according to the instructions.
  3. Rinse the bean sprouts, fresh herbs and salad leaves.
  4. Rinse the vegetables. Cut the cucumber into thin sticks and grate the carrots.
  5. Give each person two small dipping bowls with Don’t Panic Nuoc Cham and Don’t panic Hoisin sauce.
  6. Put the peanuts in a small bowl and fill a big bowl with cold water.
  7. Put all of the ingredients on the table – taco style.
